[Normally, Elsa doesn't care for making text posts. Video helps her be more open people, and even after over a year here, she could always use more help with that! But there are still rare occasions where she just... doesn't trust her emotions to stay under control. So text it is for those days.]

For those of you who have been here for quite a while now:
Is there... any good way to cope with people from other worlds leaving?
I know that, when people from your own world leave, you can be comforted in the fact that you'll see them again when you return home.

But... what about those from other worlds?
They're gone, and unless you remain here for long enough that you return, you'll never see them again.
And if they're important to you, just as much as the people from your own world...

How can you get over the disappearance of someone like that?

From my experience, you just hope they're happy back home and keep moving forward. It's a little easier if they left you a Pokemon, honestly, but otherwise, if you've got some kind of proof they existed, then you can at least remember them.

Did she have a favorite species of Pokemon? You could get an egg and name it after her, or something, if you wanted.

I don't know if she had any particular favorites, but I know her starter was a Lucario...
Or riolu, rather.

Lucarios are good. Sion has one. His is a bit of a hot head, but they get along pretty well.

But you could get one and name it after her, then. If that's something you think would be good.

Can they be caught? Or should I wait until someone offers eggs to sell?

Well, if what I've read working in the Pokemon Center is anything to go by, you might be able to find them in Mt. Mortar if you look. I think Riolu eggs show up for sale pretty often though.

Ah, I see. I'm a bit far from there, so I suppose I'll just have to keep an eye on posts about breeding, then.

It may take a while, but one should come up. If that breeding center in Goldenrod is still around, you could check there, too.

It's been some time since I was last in Goldenrod, but I don't remember such a thing...

It could be gone. I haven't heard anything about it in ages, and I'd believe it if the people who ran it all left by now. But it was around for a couple years at least. Sion got a few eggs from there.

Strange. I understand the business going under with the disappearances of the owners, but with all the people who offer up eggs each month or so, I'm surprised no one else has taken up the job.

Maybe they just don't want to take up that workload. It seems like there'd be a lot of paperwork involved, and that's just the start.
