Fifth Flake [video/action for Goldenrod/4th Wall]

[When Elsa woke up today, she had known something was... different. There was a feeling inside of her that she hasn't felt in months now, a feeling she thought she'd never miss as badly as she did; the familiar him of magic was buzzing under her skin for the first time since she arrived in this land, and instead of dreading that feeling... Elsa smiles. Gathering her things, and without waiting up for Anna, she leaves the Pokemon Center, heading to the north end of Goldenrod, where she knew a small park was, not far from the gates of the city.]

Alright... time to wake up, everyone. I've got something to show you!

[With a quick toss, Elsa releases her team - Snowball, Skadi, Freya, Frigga, Idunn, and Surtr. All of them look curious and eager at Elsa's words, and while Elsa sets her bag down and looks around to make sure that there's nobody in the immediate vicinity, Surtr grabs her pokegear and pokes at it until it turns on.]

Okay... ready?

[After a chorus of agreements from her pokemon, Elsa grins, takes a deep breath, and raises her arms.

For those watching in person, they might notice the weather dropping, even more from its already chilly state. And when snow suddenly appears surrounding Elsa and her little group, it might not seem like too much... except none of her ice-types are moving. In fact, they all look quite surprised.

With a flick of her wrists, Elsa commands the snow to swirl around her in a light flurry. Her smile brightens as another twist of her wrist sends the flurry outward, the flakes multiplying until the ground surrounding Elsa is covered in several inches of snow.

Elsa is grinning like a child now. Just one more test to see if she really does have control after this long... it takes a bit of focus, but she wills the snow to move and shape itself, to breathe, and before the eyes of her pokemon (and human) onlookers, an icy replica of a Charizard - not just a Charizard, but the strange new form Nova had taken in the battle against Archie - spreads its wings and lets out a roar as clear as the real thing..]

Even after all this time, after being so out of practice... I can still control it.

[She looks absolutely overjoyed. Like nothing in the world can bring down her good mood. And her pokemon sure seem to share her enthusiasm, judging by how most of them immediately leap into the little snow drifts surrounding them.]

I... well, I had a brother, but I didn't know about him for a long time. And I have a bunch of half-siblings I think, though I've never met them. Having a sister sounds nice, though.

It's rather remarkable. I've seen an ice-based spell or two in my own world, and of course the pokemons' moves here, but I can't say I've seen something quite that complex before.

[Elsa's alarm seems to spark something in Henry; scaring people is a thrill that never seems to get old.]

So you do snow, huh?

[Elsa blushes a little at the compliment.]

Really? What were the spells in your world like, if they weren't... complex like this?

Yes... this is the magic I told you about. I could do more, but... I'd need more space than a park could provide.

[Oh god, he is reading her mind, isn't he? That's... wait. But he's not... he doesn't seem to be malicious. Not yet at least. He just seems so confused, to the point where even though Elsa certainly feels nervous, she still wants to help him.]

Hey, hey... [She tries to keep her voice calm, and low. Like how she'd seen the stablemasters talk when trying to calm skittish horses.] It's okay. I promise. I know it may not make much sense, but you won't really be... gone, from this "Thedas". Everything is okay back home.

My... my sister. Anna? [She assumes he knows who she is now, having mentioned her just before...] She was here for months before I arrived. But for me, back in Arendelle, it was only a few minutes between when I saw her last and when I woke up here.

It's... nice. [More than nice, but it's hard for Elsa to express just how much she loves having Anna by her side.] I assume it's not too different than having a brother... but then again, I wouldn't really know. I only have Anna.

[Gosh, Elsa doesn't think she'll ever get used to the enthusiasm people express when they see her powers...!]

I'm sorry, something like this can't be taught. I was born with this magic.

It varied, but typically something a bit more straightforward. Casting a bolt of lightning or blast of fire, for example, or so on. Creating a spell that could shape and then animate something as you did, at least with such detail and precision, would take considerable work, I'd imagine. Though I'm certainly no expert...

[She shrugs carelessly.]

Sometimes things don't go well, and I have to help her.

[She's telling the truth and hes's not sure if that's worse. It explains the absence of the fade though. But he shouldn't be able to do anything if the fade isn't here..shouldn't exist....he needs Solas or the Inquisitor. They would know what was going on.

He raises a hand to make her forget but then falters and brings it down. Instead he tries to still himself and stares at the ground, hands rubbing together. If he leaves now it will be even more confusing.]

I think it's different in every family. Situations are so different, and then there's personalities...

[Ah, well. He rolls up a decent sized snowball and starts pushing it around. Let's make this massive!]

[The snake charmer looks on with wonder at the beautiful display. His pokèmon aren't too fond of the snow and cold, but he's noticed that they are a lot more resilient than his snakes back home when it comes to cold weather. With that knowledge he is even more amazed at the display, wishing he could be there to see it in person.]

[ Is that a bear or a dog running to play in the snow? It's actually a polar bear dog, so both guesses would be correct. Naga is just going to run to the snow, face first, yup. Or that's her plan anyways, she's still on her way there.

Korra, having stared at the full show in amazement and having her jaw dropped at the Charizard, is trying to follow her. But uh, she's kind of slower than a giant dog.]

Naga!! ...Wait!

[ uhhh, Naga please. You can't just run to play in the snow, when there's a girl with ice powers in that same direction. ]

Don't worry, she's friendly! [If she can hear her, even... Naga sure isn't listening right now, gee thanks best friend, giving a good first impression here.]

[Thanks to being around Johto for a few months, Elsa isn't exactly alarmed by the giant dog diving into the snow. Surprised, yes, and startled enough that the snow bursts about in a fit of flurries, but... not alarmed.]

W-Well, hello there!

[... Aaaand the dog is ignoring her. But her pokemon seem to be happy to have a new friend suddenly appear, so.... that's good, right?]

[It takes a bit, but Elsa eventually notices that she's being watched, so she turns to see who it is.]

Oh... hello.

Very true.

[Elsa assumes he's gunna make the case, so she'll take care of the torso! She begins rolling her bit as well, keeping an eye on his so she doesn't make it bigger.]

I hope you and your brother get along.

It's quite all right. [She gives him a reassuring smile.] I panicked a bit too when I first arrived here.

It's very nice to meet you, COle. If you were able to see the things you mentioned about me before, then you probably already know my name, but even so... [She bows a little to him.] You can call me Elsa.

If you're so interested in learning, perhaps you could speak to other people here? They might have magical abilities that can be learned rather than born with.

[You'd think a dog from the south pole would be less excited about snow... Korra wonders if she's been in Republic City a little too much right before coming here.

Well, Naga isn't going to answer her. The dog is just playing in the snow, and oh hello pokemon, she can play with you too! Korra lets her play, the dog would calm down eventually. She walks closer, still looking at the Charizard with an amazed look on face.]

Sorry, she got all excited for all the snow... [She's excited too, so she can't really blame the dog.] You can seriously actually make a roaring replica of a pokemon? That's amazing! [So excited!]

[Don't mind him looking all shocked and embarrassed that he had been caught watching. He takes a few steps back and turns to leave. His pokèmon didn't catch onto the act as quickly, and Zola, the dratini, is too busy moving to Elsa in excited spins to realize her trainer was leaving.]

H-Hey, wait!

[Elsa raises a hand, calling out to him as he turns. Meanwhile, Elsa's own pokemon stare at his with a look of curiosity. Idunn, her own (shiny!) Dratini, quickly makes her way over to Zola, squeaking excitedly over finally seeing another one of her species.]

I don't mind, really. I just... I'm not used to people watching me.

[He nods. Still nervous and shoulders scrunched.]

I shouldn't be here. I can't feel the fade but I can still feel peoples minds.

[He awkwardly touches a talisman attached to his shirt.]

You think you're trapped here. Are...are you sure? Are there other mages here? Is someone in charge?
