[It's snowing in Olivine City! Or, well. In an area of the beach a bit away from the city, that is. DETAILS. While not an odd sight if you're training a pokemon, the snow isn't coming from a pokemon; it's coming from the fair-haired young lady standing in the midst of the snowfall, arms sweeping back and forth as the flurries blow this way and that.

Most of her pokemon look on passively, having seen this display once before, months ago. But still they play! The ones who weren't around for the last show of Elsa's power are jumping about much more eagerly, rolling about in the drifts or happily snapping or swatting at the falling flakes.

Elsa herself, on the other hand, simply laughs and watches, flicking bits of snow at her companions every so often. She doesn't even seem to mind that Frigga grabbed her gear and is filming all of this right now.]

Perfect timing, isn't it? With how warm it's been, I'm glad I could help all of you cool off for a bit!

[She... honestly never thought of that before.]

I don't know... nobody else in my family had any sort of abilities like mine, and we're about as normal as royals can be. We don't really know how I came to be born with this magic.

It's a comic! Um, like a book, but with pictures showing the action, instead of words.

But you don't know that for sure!

Ah, but most stories about great destinies start when the person in question is very young, yes? I had no such exciting incident growing up.

[Except for... that. But she would never consider that the start of some great destiny...]

Sometimes....though, sometimes something happens to them after they've grown up, or they're born with the powers and don't know how to use them until they find a teacher!

A teacher, hm... [Elsa laughs.] Well, I have little to no chance of finding one of those in my world...

Our powers only work for a few days, during these strange events that happen... talking to someone here about my abilities might not be the best idea, if there's no way to learn by example.

[Sounds like she really thought all this through...]

I've never seen a human native to this world use any sort of magical ability, though... the only books on such a thing might just be stories.
