I looked at the date today, and I thought it would be fitting to bring up something I've been wondering for a while.

[It's been a while since Elsa got contemplative over the network. Thankfully, Elsa doesn't look all that upset or nervous, so it's nothing serious!]

Years pass here, and we all age. This is my second birthday in Johto; according to the calendar, I should be twenty-three today.

But that's only compared to how time passes here. What about back home? If we return home after spending years here, do we return as we were when we were first brought here? Or do we just... return to our land older, as we are now? I can't imagine how that might change things in our worlds, even if we have no memories of this place when we go home.

[... Okay yeah it did get kind of deep.]

It's curious, isn't it? Especially when one's taken from a date that doesn't match the date here when they first arrive.

You were the one that was kept out of the loop all our lives. They had no reason to deny you things like parties. So you deserve to have grand ones now to make up for that.

But-- [She cuts herself off, because she knows Anna will if she won't.]

Fine. You can do whatever you want. Just... don't go overboard and get yourself sick like I did, okay?

Can't get sick! Not until at least December 26th, okay?

[ Last thing she needs is to end up getting to sick to go on her Christmas date... ]

I'll make sure you have the best birthday you can have, okay?

Anna... you know you might have just cursed yourself, right?

[Her tone is light, though. Just teasing. She hopes.]

I know you will. I never doubt anything you do, Anna.

[... Except what she does with cliffs and jumping off them, but that's different okay.]

I'd certainly hope not! If I did, I'm going out in the cold anyway!

Ohhhh no you won't. If you get so much as a case of the sniffles, I'm going to have my eye on you.

[She can't keep up that stern look for long, though, and a smile crosses her face.]

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.

Oh please, not even you can keep me from going out on Christmas! Hmph!

[ Though, to be fair, getting sick would throw a serious wrench in things... ]

Just let me get the cake and I'll be there in a second...

Don't forget that I have a very well-trained group of powerful monsters at my command to help keep you where you should be resting, should you try and sneak around while you're sick.

You and I both know mine are just as well-trained, and just as strong as yours, if not stronger. You're not keeping me from going out on Christmas.

I have a secret weapon, you know. And between that secret weapon and myself, I know for a fact that you won't be able to find any strength to leave your room, let alone the inn, if you were to ever get sick.

Hmph, you're bluffing! If there was a secret weapon, I would've known about it, so there!

Oh, but you do know about it, dear sister.

[Elsa smiles, and there's something... knowing in that smile.]

The secret weapon is "I'll make sure Nonon knows you're sick too".

A-ah! W-wait, no, that's no fair, you can't be a tattle tale like that!

You don't play fair either in situations like this. Why should I have to?

I'm the little sister, that's why I can get away with it!

And I'm the big sister, meaning I can do anything I want to make sure that you're okay. Even if that means getting other people involved.
