I looked at the date today, and I thought it would be fitting to bring up something I've been wondering for a while.

[It's been a while since Elsa got contemplative over the network. Thankfully, Elsa doesn't look all that upset or nervous, so it's nothing serious!]

Years pass here, and we all age. This is my second birthday in Johto; according to the calendar, I should be twenty-three today.

But that's only compared to how time passes here. What about back home? If we return home after spending years here, do we return as we were when we were first brought here? Or do we just... return to our land older, as we are now? I can't imagine how that might change things in our worlds, even if we have no memories of this place when we go home.

[... Okay yeah it did get kind of deep.]

It's curious, isn't it? Especially when one's taken from a date that doesn't match the date here when they first arrive.

That.... certainly is a bizarre rule of magic. It must be difficult to keep track of time if you're focusing on being in the form of something else.

You don't have to keep focusing after you've morphed. I kept a watch on for a while to keep track for the others before I got the ability back, and Ax is really good at keeping time in his head. We've had some close calls though.

I can't say I"m surprised to hear that. Transforming into something else, even for such a short time... that must be quite the experience.

Have you ever tried it with Pokemon, during the times where our powers are returned to us?

... Honestly, no. At that point I'm just glad to have my wings back. I fly around on my Pokemon here, but it's... not the same.

I know. There's a big difference between doing something under your own power, and having your companions helping you do it...

[It's like how she feels when she needs her pokemon's help when they're out in the snow.]

Yeah. I mean... there's Pokemon around here all the time. There's not so many hawks or goats or anything else that's... from my world.
