There was a man on the network not long before this strange plant incident took place asking for an apothecary, but it didn't seem like anyone knew of any.
I know the doctors here do quite a good job taking care of people when they can, but it seems like an apothecary might still be quite useful.

I ran into someone I'm familiar with, but I wasn't able to do much other than calm down the plants growing on her arm...

i spoke to someone who thought it would be a good idea too!! a while back. ive been thinking about it since then, but now more than ever i think it would be a good idea!
after all, it might be nice for people to have a different way of taking care of themselves that's not as expensive as the doctor
and doctors might not know how to treat every kind of monster!!

Yes, exactly. And there might be some people from times similar to our own that might not feel comfortable with the way doctors from these times work. Something like an apothecary might be... a bit more familiar for them. More comfortable, maybe?

That might be a good idea. We can set aside an area of the garden at home for anything we plan to grow, and bring it with us to the cafe before we open. That way we we won't need too much more space; just enough to display all the herbs and such.
