Hey, I ate breakfast! How could I possibly pass up your cooking?
[Following Elsa back to her desk, Cass snatches up a couple leftover folders and stuffs them down a drawer. Better to have as little mess as possible.
But speaking of growling, once the food is being set out... Well, there can't be any doubt that Elsa's girlfriend is a bear. Just the fancy sandwiches were enough to salivate (which... she was, a little) but the PASTRIES? She was lucky it was only the two of them in the quiet office; none of her employees needed to hear her stomach growl in approval like that.]
I, uh, I appreciate it. A lot. [cough cough] Elsa, this... it's almost too much.

That's because I made enough for the two of us. [It's then that she turns around, a soft smile on her face.] With what we were talking about before... I thought it'd be nice to have some time to ourselves. To help get you out of your head.
[It... had gotten a little heavy in those last few messages, after all.]

You're the best, you know that? [There isn't a drop of sarcasm in her voice. Cass is fully honest, and fully in love as she takes a seat.] Just remember that we're not trying to get only me out of my head. So, if there's anything you want to get off your chest...?

[And it never fails to fluster her each time. It's so... odd, but in a good way, to be so affectionate with someone. Elsa's not sure she'll ever really get used to it.
She sits down at the desk opposite Cass, taking her portion of the food out of the containers and setting it all out on some paper plates she brought with her. It's not really a picnic indoors, but... it's nice. A little reprive from the daily grind.]
I'm okay, I think. It's just... one of those moments where you don't realize you have those thoughts lurking in your head, until something happens that draw them to the surface.

[Being so openly affectionate and loving towards another person is still so new to Cassandra. Sometimes, she wonders if she'll ever really grow accustomed to the butterflies in her chest. Maybe never. Imagine that.
She quietly watches Elsa set the plates, not touching her food yet. But that's not going to last.]
Tell me about it. Looks like we both still have a few things to think about... Like starting to accept how happy we are.
